Cancellation Policy

Orders that are cancelled within 24 hours will receive a full refund. Orders that are cancelled after 24 hours are subject to restocking fees and/or processing fees. Cancellation after 24 hours will be accepted or declined at the sole discretion of My Mobility Store™.

  • If the item has already shipped, we will have to process your cancellation as a return and you will be responsible for shipping costs to send the item back in addition to restocking fees. You can view our full return policy here.
  • If the item has not yet shipped and the order is cancelled after 1 business day, a refund will be issued minus any payment processing fees we’ve been charged.
