At My Mobility Store, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, we will be happy to refund or exchange your purchase. Please see below for full terms and conditions as well as product exclusions.

30 Day Return Policy*

Items must be returned up to 30 days from the date of delivery in order to receive a refund. Any products returned outside of the 30 day window will not be approved for a return or refund. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees and applicable restocking fees. Please see below for a list of products that are not eligible for return.

All products must be in new, unused condition with all parts and accessories in original packaging in order for your return to be accepted and approved.

Please note that shipping fees at the time of purchase are nonrefundable.

*With the exception of Enhance Mobility products, which must be returned within 7 business days from the date the product was received, and Afikim products, which must be returned within 72 hours of delivery.

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders that are cancelled within 24 hours will receive a full refund. Orders that are cancelled after 24 hours are subject to restocking fees and will be accepted or declined at the sole discretion of My Mobility Store™. If the item has already shipped, we will have to process your cancellation as a return and you will be responsible for shipping costs to send the item back in addition to restocking fees. If the item has not shipped and the order is cancelled after 1 business day, a refund will be issued minus any payment processing fees we’ve been charged.

 

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Bath safety products
  • Personal hygiene products
  • Lift chair recliners that have been custom built with upgraded fabrics and/or heat and massage
  • Lift chair recliners upgraded with PowerPillow, footrest extension or left-hand control options
  • Lift chair recliners that have been set up in the home and used
  • Mobility accessories 
  • Vehicle lifts that have been installed and signed for
  • Batteries, chargers, or electrical components
  • Used or open box products
  • Customized products, such as the Jazzy 1450
  • reTyre Traction Skins

 

Restocking Fees

  • For all products listed on our website that are eligible for return, a 30% restocking fee will be applied to any returns as well as any shipping costs associated with the return.
  • Please note: the Jazzy 1450 is custom built and is NOT returnable.
  • For all Zeen products, there is no restocking fee. We reserve the right to modify this and impose restocking fees at any time.

 

Return Instructions

(1) Contact My Mobility Store within 30 days of your purchase via email at ajmobility@msn.com, phone at (813) 642-0322, or by filling out our online Return Request Form. Our customer service representative will give you a Return Authorization Number (RA#), the shipping return address, and the restocking fees associated with your return.

(2) Place the item in its original packaging and enclose the original packing slip along with a copy of the sales receipt.

(3) Write the RA# clearly on the outside of the box.

(4) All return shipping charges must be prepaid and shipped back within 10 days. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx, or Insured Parcel Post for your return.

(5) Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned.

(6) You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase usually within 3-5 business days of our receiving and inspecting your returned product.

PLEASE NOTE: If the item is not packaged properly, parts are missing, or there are any other return issues with the product due to human error or otherwise, your return could be delayed or refused.
