FREE Curbside Shipping

My Mobility Store provides FREE standard ground shipping on all orders over $50 in the 48 contiguous United States. Rural and Metropolitan areas are subject to additional fees and extended delivery time. At the time we do not offer shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

We ship only to verified addresses and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available, and we cannot ship to the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, or Guam.

For all orders under $50, there is a flat fee of $15. Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEX, or Freight delivery and are delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on delivery location and product availability.

The delivery company will not bring the product(s) into your home. Item(s) will be left on your porch, driveway, or yard at the driver’s discretion. 

Most products require a signature for delivery. The shipping carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window. For this reason, we also require a valid phone number for all orders, which you are able to provide at checkout. If you miss your delivery appointment for any reason, you may be subject to redelivery fees.

For larger items, we recommend that you have someone with you to help carry your order inside. Many products offer an upgraded inside delivery option. If you are unable to arrange for someone to help you and/or you need assistance, please choose an upgraded shipping option at checkout.

When you receive your delivery, please inspect the packing as well as the contents inside. If you notice damage to the product(s) or extensive damages to the carton, please notify us immediately and do not sign for delivery. We recommend taking pictures of the damage to show proof of defect before refusing delivery. This ensures you will not be charged any additional shipping costs for refusal or redelivery. If packages are refused at the point of delivery for any reason other than damage, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Lift chair recliners that are custom built with upgraded fabrics, colors, and/or massage options can take 4-8 weeks if the product is not in stock. Exact delivery time varies and will depend on the manufacturer.

Any products that are ordered with upgraded seats or other custom options may take 2 weeks or longer for delivery, depending on the manufacturer and product availability.

My Mobility Store accepts online orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

 

Upgraded Shipping Options

We offer upgraded shipping on select products. Delivery time and costs will depend on which option you choose.

Many products offer inside delivery and/or white glove shipping. Upgraded shipping options require a delivery appointment. The delivery company or manufacturer will reach out to you after your order is placed to schedule your delivery. An adult over 18 must be present at the time of delivery and a signature will be required.

Please note: once the order ships, upgraded shipping options cannot be removed or refunded, and the order cannot be cancelled. For information on our Return Policy, click here.

Order Tracking

It may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system. We will not be able to provide any delivery tracking information during this time even if the package is already on its way to you.

Once the order is checked in, you will be able to see tracking details and delivery dates, depending on the shipping carrier.
