White Glove & Platinum Delivery | What To Expect

HOW WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY WORKS

When you order a product with White Glove Delivery (also called Platinum Delivery*), your order will be delivered and set up in your home on the same day by appointment.

After your order is placed, we will send it into the manufacturer who will provide an estimated ship date for the shipping carrier to deliver the product to the white glove company. We will email you shipping information as soon as we receive it. The delivery date in your shipped email is when the product(s) will arrive at the white glove company’s warehouse, not your home.

Once they receive the product(s), the white glove company will reach out to you within 5-10 business days to schedule your delivery & setup appointment. They will call the phone number you provide to us at checkout.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Once you place your order, we will email you an order confirmation number.
  • Your order will be shipped from the manufacturer to the white glove delivery company.
  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and shipping link.
  • When you see that the order has been delivered, it means the white glove company has your product(s) and they will contact you within 5-10 business days to schedule your appointment.
  • On your appointment day, the white glove company will deliver, unbox, and assemble your product(s) in your room of choice.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • One fight of stairs is included at no charge.
    If you have more than one flight of stairs, additional fees may apply. Let us know in the customer notes when you place your order how many flights of stairs you have, and we will reach out to you via email with more information.
  • The technician will NOT remove other products or furniture.
    They will remove any boxes or cartons from your delivery, but they will not take away any existing furniture or other items within your home.
  • The technician will NOT show you how to use the product(s).
    They will power on your device to ensure that it is working properly, but they will not provide instructions or offer information on how to use your product(s).
  • Extreme rural and/or urban areas may add extra fees and/or extended time to your delivery. 
    If you live in a remote/isolated area or downtown in a busy city, there will likely be additional fees associated with your order. If your address is flagged for this, we will email you with more information.
